Cause

A regional setting on your computer is not currently set to be compatible with the date and time settings needed by the AquaCheck Utility Software.

Resolution

Go to your computer's Date & Time settings. Then select Additional date, time, & regional settings to get to the Number Format. Change the Decimal symbol setting on your computer to decimal point "."

A more detailed explanation on how to change this setting is available for: Windows 7 and Windows 10.

The Customize Format view in Windows 10 looks like this.
